anggapra
hello all, long time lurker here. i have te opportunity to buy rc tour vs iron head only, or the rc bbd 704 iron set nspro shafted for the same price. i have googled 704 but there is not much info on the web. i currently use rc fd forged iron and i am quite happy with that, but i want to upgrade to a smaller head. my average score is in the 85. thanks all
gbs
I have played many Tourstage they are good but it just didn't click. recently i tried the RC VS tour and i bought it immediately. the feel is close to my Epon 502 which i like the smallish head is also not intimidating and i really like its soft feel. clevelaand
I am playing the RC 704 irons now and they are incredible. They set-up perfectly, small head, feel great. I was playing Yamaha Tour irons but these have moved to the top of the chain for my irons. RC 704 are #1, Yamaha Tour are #2, and Miura 202 are #3. Was actually very surprised that I like the RC irons more than my Yamahas. Doc
+TourSpecGolfer
What is theRC 704? Do you mean TourStage? The BBD Tour VS iron by Royal Collection is excellent. It's an older model by a few years but still maintains good performance as it's endo forged with a nice sized undercut. I would however suggest the VG3's if your looking for that type of iron.
