gken74
I've got 2 bags as I'm a member of 2 different courses. My main bag for my home course Lanark GC It contains the following - Adams 9015d 8.5° Ozik F7M2 LTD XX (my driver of over 3 years and counting) Bridgestone J33 15° Fujikura 757 X Taylormade TP 19° Rescue Ozik Altus X Miura CB-501 KBS C-Taper X Miura 52° Rifle Spinner+ Scratch 56° & 60° with Rifle Spinners Now the putter is never a permanent fixture and I've got a few in the garage but most recently it's been a Whitlam Code-M Centre Shaft My 2nd bag is more of a Link set up as I'm also a member of The New Club of St Andrews That bag contains the following - Adams 9015d 8.5° Ozik F7M2 X Bridgestone J33 15° Ozik 8M2 X Adams Tour Proto 17° Epic Hybrid X Taylormade TP Miura Forged 2 iron Satin PX 6.0 MacGregor Gunmetal Combo 3-PW Satin PX 6.5 Solus 53° Rifle Spinner+ Solus 59° Rifle Spinner Taylormade Spider CS I'm going to replace the Solus with a 53° & 58° Chikara Proto Wedges as soon as I can convince my mate to sell them as he's just bought a set of Chikara V3 52°, 56° & 60° The pictures are a ramble of old photo's put together from my photobucket account, I'll need to take some better ones this week
swisstrader
Solus wedges?? I still recall the infomercials but have not gamed them in about 20 years. could never get used to how chunky they were. You will love the Chikaras

You will love the Chikaras Solus are practically unheard of here in the UK, I actually really like them as they play great with the sharp leading edge off the tight links fairways...but yes I've had a go with the Chikara wedges and they are lovely, the 58° is amazing for flop shots

It's seen off some of the newest & supposedly best such as the 910D3 & R11...I don't know why I keep buying new drivers as nothing seems to beat the Adams. I've even got the much rarer 9016d but that's too low spinning for me Even I'll admit I've got too many lurkers in the garage but I'll never say that to my wife lol now that is a real players bag! nice 2 dis for the links. i have and game the same exact adams 17* Speedline proto Hyb/fw and is for me the best 5w by a long way. easy to hit and nice heavy head! that and my pnt2 are the only usdm in my bag and both adams! nice Cheers, Yes the Adams proto is a great hybrid, it just went to long for me at my home club so I never had to hit it so it sat in the garage until I made up the 2nd bag for St Andrews. I've also for a 20° proto too but that doesn't ever get into the bag sadly Some super nice Stuff there!!.... I've never been one for collecting golf clubs.... Lol! Thanks D, not quite as pimp as you're bag which rocks!
NiftyNiblick
love the lurking in the garage . i think every golfer has "lurkers" I keep 'em inside. My man cave looks like a bag room. Walls have either bookshelves or old boxing posters. On the walls with bookshelves, you can't get to books, music, or movies on the lower ones without making a major production out of moving old bags. Other than that, there's just room for a flatscreen, the Klipsch floorstanders, a couple of recliners and a comfortable half -sofa (loveseat?) for the beagle. The "gestapo" refuses to acknowledge the cave as a funtioning part of "her" house, but if I'm not at the track with the ponies or playing golf, I'm pretty much restricted to staying there.. I can live with that rule because why would I want to leave? The beer fridge and my personal gentleman's wash are downstairs too, so except for going up to get food, I'm happy to live there. It all starts with 1959 H&B Powerbilt Citations, my first new set. Nothing's been given up since. My only clubs not there are the present gamers in the real bag room at the club.
