JakeBarnes
I am interested in everyone's experiences with these, particularly as a fairway shaft. I usually play blueboard 83x in my fairway woods tipped an additional half inch because of my transition (2:1 count smooth backswing with an aggressive downswing with late release), but always looking to tinker (I think Stu's posts are starting to rub off on me...). The natural progression is to look at the "new" blueboard, Kai'li. I have been hearing rumors that you really need to tip them to have them play true to flex. Any truth to this? Mitsubishi suggests .75" tipping for a 5 wood. Anyone tip beyond the suggested tipping due to stiffen the tip? Find it playing soft? Loves/hates for the shaft?
