gocchin
ONOFF Labospec is the custom clubs and tour division of ONOFF and every once in a while they come out with a few special editions and tour models that are usually pretty awesome like the old MB247 and CB247 as well as this years W358 Shingo Wedge. They have announced their new ONOFF Labospec 420 driver and yes its fully adjustable for Loft 1* either way (standard is 9.5*), Lie from 59* to 57*, face angle from closed to open. Plus you can adjust the weighting using 3 5 and 7 g weights for draw, neutral and fade. All this in a pear shaped deep face 420cc head! They have also announced a new RB247-F cavity back and CB247W Forged Wedge! I've already requested demos which I hope I can get as Labospec typically does not have demos. In the meantime check out the driver!

Mjr. D
Oh boy - here we go. Price? Does the shaft rotate when you adjust the face? This or Tourstage? Might have to hold off on my RAZR-FIT TOUR and Launch Lab now. f**k! Is the JDM market going the way of the adjustable drivers now, you think? Or least will there be offers from all the major OEMS in the coming year(s)?

gocchin
T, could you give more detail on the graphite shaft for the new RB247 irons? R, RB247-F are Labospec so they come with any ONOFF shaft including the MP512i, Roddio I6 8 10, all Labospec steel, Nippon and DG. will they continue to offer the on off forged 2011 irons Of course that their standard line while this is Labospec. The ONOFF Forged will be replaced with a new model in October. When's it hit the Shops T? Its officially available now by special order only. These are NOT supposed to be available outside of Japan but I'm working with Globeride to get these like we did the W358. Come on we need answers!! Dude I just woke up! Its morning here in Japan! As far as I know the shaft will rotate but I will know for sure when I get the demo.

Duffer19
T, besides the customizability of the Labo RB247, would you classify the new iron sits somewhere between the Red and the Forged? The top line, offset and design looks closer to the Red than the forged.
potuna
Endo forged? I need to see pics of the retro 247 irons.
potuna
Just read the write up and happy to say the 2011 forged are safe in the bag.

potuna
To my eye 2011 looks better, they have lower launch and better feel than new 247 and are only slightly less forgiving.
Mjr. D
Where'd you see a pic/description
+TourSpecGolfer
I guess thats the big question. Will ONOFF Forged 2012 be an improvement over the 2011's? I would like to see more of an evolution, perhaps a bit smaller with the same forgiveness.
