shoutout33
What's up TSG? Quick question concerning Mizuno's irons. I know that they do the whole form flow forging (hope I said that right...) for both sides of the pond, but I wan to know, what steel do they use? I understand know that S25C is a better steel that what is used in the US market, but as far as Mizuno is concerned, is what they sell in JP the same as what sell in the US? For the record, I forgot all about the MP-69's in my poll.
+TourSpecGolfer
S25C is what most forged irons are produced of including Mizuno. Same stuff on both sides of the pond.
IshikawaFAN
Since we're on the subject of forging JDM vs USDM, does anybody know where Titleist, Nike forge their clubs? I've been told endo. I remember reading somewhere s25 was the same as 1025.
xxio
SC25 is a Japanese designation, 1025 is the American designation for the carbon content. Theoretically the same, but in all things designated JDM you can be sure of the tolerances of that SC25.
IshikawaFAN
I've done a bit of research and found out Callaway and Nike blades are forged by Endo. I tried the razr fit and it felt great! Anybody know if the drivers/ fw have any ties with jdm?
Mjr. D
I have the Razr Fit and it feels ok to me but man it is a VERY good, long driver. I have it paired with the Diamana X in XX and it's the best shaft i've ever hit. It's unbelievably straight and extremely long. Low low launch, low low low spin and yet you can still work the ball in either direction. Best shaft i've ever used for sure. Crazy Black 50 is good, but not this good.
