For a square face it looks very open to me, very different from the stock picture of the club set-up in the pro shop.

It's very hard to show, but its Deffo on in the wrong position OR the shaft as spun round on installation ?

Either way ill email Yamaha

Hey Guys, there's open and there's been wide open!

If the grip is on right and that's how it's meant to be , I'll show my arse in the Co-op window!!

Could have missed it but

is the shaft lined up correct and the grip is off or is the grip and shaft lined up the same?

I'm not sure idrive, I'm hoping its a grip issue rather than the shaft been in the wrong position!!

On the other 2 clubs I bought from Yamaha the white lines on the Grip sit dead centre

Now as the grip sits in the Hand lined up the club head would be open

After seeing Dale's Epon wedges, is it my imagination or do those wedge look like kissing cousins to the Yam Tours?

Channel back… I am not talking every little nth degree, but on the surface the Epon 210s look like they could be the progression into wedges for the Yam Tours

Ahhh, the Tour driver: Don't know why I even got it cuz I like the 2012 Tour driver so much. (well, I know why, don't we all?) Its really similar to last year's as far as the head. Great shape, great feel. Got it with the new GD GT shaft in stiff, 10* like last year's. At address, the 2012 and 2013 are hard to tell apart, except the 2013 sits perfectly square whereas the 2012 sits about a degree or two open. This shaft feels a little softer just waggling it, might be the lower kick point? Launches a tad higher than the 2012 with the GD BB shaft, and feels softer at impact as well. And it's just a beautiful shaft, a less bright, silvery blue, with a dark silver upper area and a very subtle small, lime green stripe in the striped area. Might be the gamer on calm days when I want high bombs. Again, couldn't tell afa distance cuz of the wind and $#!++y range balls, but it surely seemed adequate. I can't see how it would be shorter than last year's, which was plenty long while not being the longest I've ever hit.

Thanks for your review. I'm suprised to hear the the '12 and '13 Tour driver looks similar at address. I thought the '13 Tour driver was supposed to be more pear shaped??

are u switching over to the '13 tour head? i'm on the fence although the pics of the '13 pear shape is very enticing

I've got the head in 9 degree shafted with a Diamana B70 S.

Very very nice combo.

Lower launching then my Ryoma D1/GD AD Di7 S and more roll.

Feel off the face is sensational. Not as soft as the Ryoma, but a nice solid Yamaha feel. I love it.

I haven't done a head to head with the Ryoma, but I suspect the Yamaha might be a touch longer then the Ryoma with the added roll (its summer here in Oz).

The Ryoma might be longer in the winter with the greater carry,
