I'm curious to try something with a laser etched face. Preferably something to replace my 302s.

I wonder how long the etching or milling is going to have an effect on a person's gamer irons...ever see how fast the milling wears off a Vokey?

Ah it'd be cool to see. Just how Onoff did with their Forged iron this year and last years Yamahas. I've never hit irons with this so I'm not sure what real world differences it makes but I'd like to find out.

Well there is definitely more work involved which means increased costs... and will Epon do it in the future... they very well might.

thats an eventuality with the way they serialize their models.

i already have the shafts waiting Lol.

I noticed when Cleveland tried the micro milling on the face that they wore very quickly. Grooves were fine, but the micro milling seemed to disappear at heavy impact areas.

Anyone experience this on the models posted?
