i love those volcanic stones!! works wonders and u keep your scotch pure too. single malt from the islay region by any chance?

This one happened to be a Glenlivet. Picked up two bottles of 40 year old scotches for my 40th. There is a picture of the bottle I drank from tonight in the Cigar thread. The other is an Islay, Bowmore. A Duncan Taylor bottling but havent cracked it yet. the Bowmore became of one of my faves. Had a bottle of their 30 year old stuff in the black ceramic bottle with the dragon on it that I finished on the eve of my 40th... Out with the 30s in with the 40s. Gonna have to quit on the 50s or I need to win the lottery to afford a bottle...

The stones I use are granite from New Hampshire. Go figure, granite from the granite state...
