If you understand japanese, you can try the website of golf digest japan. There is a review clip about this club. I don't know what are the guy talking about but I do like the impact sound of the 611.

I'm interested too..... very intrigued by the 56.5 degree lie option - I'm going to have to replace my Adams 9015D eventually (?)... and a flatter lie with such a nice shape like the yonex 380 but without the composite crown dead sound/feel.

My order finger is getting very twitchy... i'm thinking since i've now been using my 301's for so long, that I deserve to splash out some money as a late xmas/new year pressie to myself. I'll just ignore the new set of C-taper shafts i bought for them, and ignore the two lovely forged ATV wedges, and obviously i can discount any putter purchases (waiting for my friend to bring over a bronze Seemore FGP i got on ebay... and also just ordered a Protype black Odyssey two ball at 32", the wife's 32" divine 2-ball is great except for insert ) as after all putter purchases are an entirely excusable search for something that will magically cure my putting woes.

I've got one of these, 10 degrees fitted with a Roddio M6 in Xstiff. haven't had the chance to hit it yet, too busy at work at the moment.

Vega,

Any luck with hitting this yet? Looking for feedback in the Roddio M series shaft.

Yeah, I've had one round with it. It looks fantastic at address, very compact. I have The M6 xstiff in this, and even though I'd like to describe myself as a bit of a hard hitter, this was one tough Shaft. I didn't swing very well that day but still, this was a difficult combo for me. I have The 10 degree head and I still had a hard time getting it to launch. The Shaft felt stout, extremely stable was not easy to load. I did hit a few bombs with this combo but all in all this head seems to need a higher launching less stiff Shaft to work for me. The M series Shaft seems to play really rather stiff to flex, felt stable. I play it at 45.5, maybe that is shorter than ideal for The M-series, making it play really stiff.

Any idea what the head weight was? Any tipping done to the shaft?

I thought the M was > 46" playing length...

Finally got the Nunchuk shaft for my MP 611... had it made up at Golfcraft, same as my Adams 9015D with Nunchuk at 44" length, both with gripmaster leather grips.

Have only hit a few so far while indoors at Wilding Golf, and hit some with the Adams to compare.

Initial impressions are very VERY promising. The Mizuno is flatter lie at 56.5 deg vs the Adams at 58 deg, but Adams is more open faced - Mizuno looks square to me, and i'm used to the open look so... certainly not closed faced.

From the few hits, it seemed that the Mizuno is lower spin. Not crazy Epon Zero low spin, but lower than the Adams which is a legendary performer.I'll hopefully spend more time on a better LM later on to get a better number comparison, but for now the Mizuno was just as long or even longer which is no mean feat, and i liked the flatter lie.

Sound seemed good too - indoors is not best place to be sure.

Will be playing a round with it tomorrow.

Looks gorgeous, feels lovely and so far seems to perform very well... i might finally have a replacement for the 9015D.

I will have it checked for cpm and everything in a few days, last time I just took it straight out On The first tee and swung away...
