supo
Yamaha tour dimana thump My winter gamers Vs Kamui pro kp101 aerotech 125 The new challengers First 10 balls with the aerotechs after 10 with the thumps Easy to feel the difference inweight the yamsa are 1/4inch longer and 20 odd grams lighter The club speed is noticebly faster tempo faster ball flight surprisingly similar even thi the kamui is prob 2deg flatter. Distance a no contest the kamuis are 10 yardslonger im just going to compare them now to themonaccos x.back in a jiffy..... Right jsut clobbered 30 balls 10 with each shaft The diamanthumos higher lighter feel better Aerotechs low heavy punchy. Think the british open Monacco just a tad higher than the aerotechs but not much Distance king was the aerotechs consistantly over the monacco bec theyare the same head but the longest single shot the thumps bec they are lighter nothing more Thumps best feeling Monscco bets playing Aerotechs rfile straight These aerotechs will be used on links no doubt about it they are made for thatin this build these kamuis are going straight bsck hoime when next i travel there Ive bought a set of 110s for the personals By what im seeing tonight that wil be a mtch made. In heaven The feel of the aerotechs is very smooth The swing weight is only d3 but they feel much much heavier Being mid winter doesnt help mind you. In summer im guessing these will be terrifico Back to balls. Back in a jiffy...... Another 10 quickies all with the 6 iron mind you revising this the aerotechs are very low Im hitting them middle and the ball is justrifling low and long to the target No idea how spin will be with them but they dont seem to have any,!! These feel real heavy but really damp they are a great feel Im sure they are prob made for stronger players??.?. Bec they dont wanna fly long nor high u can aly rip into these babies. I just tried to snap hook them and the bal just drew might need more time with them but i cn assure you they wont be coming out till its hot And iwil keep them in sydneywith the ctapers Now that might be a battle royale....! Spoon
Nice stew. Hmm and u wanted the x innaerotechs They play really nice i loved the i95s flexwise but found The, to be light. I reckon i110 straight up would be perfect for me. Players series wont solve the prolem as im finding the 90grammers even on long irons A bit light. Im going to oras first before giving the i110s a shot. I would like the thump But spending 1k for graphite iron shafts is something i cant really justify yet. Really good info mate! supo
i ended up hittign a LOT of ballswith it. the matching head/shaft combo was good. these go long fellas . it was noticeable how much longer this 6 iron was over the rest. ive got a pretty smooth swing . and it s slow , it seems to like the feel of this sjaft, i dint feel like i had to step on it to get it to go. i hit a cpl where i really jumped into the shot and the flight was really really good to see. low to startthen rose abit like the oras or sp orange, but not as pronounced. still didnt like to make these move laterally only a small amount. the monaccos in comaprison were huge arcs. ( they arnt obviosuly but in comaprison they looked like it ) one thing i did realsie... the diamana thumps are too light for me...!

RIduffer
one thing i did realsie... the diamana thumps are too light for me...! Wonder if you would have said the same thing with a soft stepped X flex? How much difference the 13g would have made….
supo
i tel u what il soft step the other set aerotechs. c110X i have coming this week... thats a great idea! they going into the perosnals oh yea 13 g would make a huge difffernce i got freaked by the X and that vijay played them and found them heavy. dont know why. ive got a cpl of his NS proto irons and they go go perfeclty well. ithink i jujst go spooked i made a m,stake ,bec the feel of the thumps are beautiful! supo
can add a bit more here, i took the 2 aerotechs ive got the c110X adn the 125 s out for a rumble on saturday got the 125 in my kamui kp101 adn the c110x in my tourtsage 701 cavity muscles. hit a few of each without another club in between to ruin my "wa" so the differnce in weight is very noticeable. it overpowers the diffence in flex. taking away the differnce in heads which isnt that great both similar style..... the 125s are lower heavier and slow my swing tempo down, but i kinda think i had to have a bit more of a blast with them, to make them sing , my effort level was definatly increased. and the results were a lower. ( but head loft was much stronger here as well ) punchier impressive shot. albei it, it took a lot more effort. not sure if i wanna be playing lots of long irons all day with these. the c110x were much nicer to play. used 6 irons on both... easier, tight abd higher . the swing speed was defiantly faster. tempo was faster but not too much to say, hey its too fast now.. like i do whren i slip back to the diamana 95 weights. the extra flex was neagated by the lack of weight, and shots were higher even taking into account he head loft. and the ball fell nicely to target. as oposed to drilling it there with the 125. ithink i prefed the smiplicity of the 110x. didnt have to clobber them to make them work just point shoot, git them to move about a bit with cuts, not so draw, but i cant draw a ball on a piece of paper , let alone with a club in my hand..! anyway i liked both a lot. they havnt got the same feel as the diamans, those are defiantly nicer to hit.definatly. albeit maybe a bit too light im going to build both sets with the aerotechs as they stand the tourtsage 701 with the c110x and the kamuis with the 125s for differnt reasons. i want to play these 701s abit... im hitting some good balls with them. they sit somewhere in between a balde and a cavity.. bit more forgiving than the kamuis. bit easier to hit. def a surprise packet

Maybe not a ball, but you are very artistic when it comes to ball flight and trajectories... I really would love to know your thoughts on the Diamana Thumps in an X flex, maybe soft stepped based on your earlier comment on flex. But the X flex weighs in at 110g... RIduffer
Got my Personals back today. Tario said my Yam Tours should be shipping soon. Now if we could only melt the 2.5' of snow we just got from Nemo I could actually do some swinging...
supo
im recanting an earlier statement... i palyed the yamaha thump 95 s again saturday. no other heavier club to sully my gaming thoughts before the match they are LIGHTER defiantly but not , in a match, ive discovered to the extent i thought. or maybe bec iss winter? anyway they were spot on. damn these are good shafts. still like them heavier but as long as i dont have another heaver club to swing, they go perfectly. got the aerotechs 110 x built. full set . will play them next wekeend as long as th snow isnt good
