stevopagolf
Not exactly JDM but definitely not USDM either. So they are ADM... Saw these on Titeist Korea website. Look really interesting. Anyone see these in Japan or have a contact to get them in Korea? http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=ko&u=http://www.titleist.co.kr/&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dtitleist%2Bkorea%26hl%3Den%26client%3Dsafari%26rls%3Den&sa=X&ei=dpMzUaHoIouL0QHd5IGQBA&ved=0CDUQ7gEwAA
stevopagolf
Nobody? No one has seen these? I know I am a sheltered American living in a tiny US town, but someone must have seen these? Titleist, if you are listening, there is a huge potential market for a forged more forgiving than the AP2 iron across the globe....
Duffer19
Evidently Titlieist Korea is the only place that offers AP1 in forged. Perhaps its a special concession to Korea (test market?) since the brand is Korean own now.
xerobound
Interesting, maybe the new owners wanted to spice up the Korean market! I'm going to ask my friend that works for Acushnet about this one.
Shankopotamus
Did anyone end up trying these out?
+TourSpecGolfer
Hi Stevo & gang, we can get these for you. Titleist is a Korean company btw.
stevopagolf
You can get the forged AP1 Chris? Yes, Titleist is now Korean since they sold to Fila... Wow, that could be awesome. I am pretty convinced I am going to get the AP1 Forged or if the 2014 VG3's look better in person when you get to the golf fair. Chris what would the price of the AP1 forged be? gaz7788
Ap1 forged or vg3 2012 would have less offset?
+TourSpecGolfer
I'm guessing the VG3 has less offset but is the thicker iron overall. Without having both in hand it's hard to tell.
Shankopotamus
Chris, I don't see the 2012 VG3 in the store. I guess you guys are all sold out? I usually refer to the store to check the pics you include for each item.
gocchin
VG3 offset and size is comparable to the AP2. I had a comparison post somewhere around here. 2012 VG3 is already discontinued. 2014's next month!!
stevopagolf
As usual T is dead on. My 2010 VG3's fit right between the AP1 and AP2 in the US. Guys at the shop named them AP 1.5's......
