Posted February 26, 200420 yr comment_26423 Does anyone know how difficult it would be to add some letters or initials to my stock Cameron Newport midslant(pro platinum)? I've seen locksmith put letters and numbers on keys, but don't now if it would work on a putter face. Let me know if you have any suggestions or ideas.
February 26, 200420 yr comment_26427 I had my initials put on my MP29s. It was done with stamps from a high tech company. Probably the same type stamps.
February 26, 200420 yr comment_26428 I bought a stamping kit off ebay and stamped my initials on the toe of my newport beach and newport 2. The stamps look great. They look just like the T.W. that is stamped on the toe of tigers putter. I bought a paint marker and filled them in and they look great. Just make sure you practice on something else before you go and stamp your $$$ Cameron. It adds a little personality to your putter.

March 2, 200420 yr comment_27310 you can buy a set from here http://www.mscdirect.com/mscdirect.process just type 'stamp' or 'die' in the search window. the putter hd has to be secured so it can't even wiggle the least bit or you'll end up w/ double imposed stamps. paintfill should prevent rusting but not chrome chipping.
March 3, 200420 yr comment_27452 you could always send it to someone who does putter refinishing and modification. Do any of the board sponsers do stamping?

March 15, 200420 yr comment_29508 Stamping a putter. I know a guy in Washington that does that sort of thing very nicely. His web site is: www.slightergolf.com
May 6, 200420 yr comment_37196 Most Scottys are stamped with 1/4 inch. All my tour putters are stamped with 1/4 inch. If you want to do initials, make sure the set comes with a period(.). Most don't. Jason
