Posted May 4, 201311 yr I am soooooooooo late to the Yonex party it ain;t funny. Anyone noticed the Ezone Putters? The face mill is fantastic and looks like the PZ mill of the famed GF putters. It comes in 2 metals. SUS 304 and S25C. What is the difference between SUS304 and SUS 303? How doe these differ from the S25C. I think the SUS304 putters are heavier. Anyone know their head weights? Are these made for them by Endo as well (like their Ezone Forbed CBs) or the Yururi (?) guys who do their Ezone Forged MBs Pic courtesy of Nobmontana.
May 4, 201311 yr Last season, I pretty much played all Yonex. EZone MB Irons, EZone 380 and 420 Drivers, EZone St 3 wood ... and these putters. For what its worth, I tried taming these clubs. At the end, they were too demanding and unforgiving. As for the putters, I can only speak for the S25C models. I had both the EZP-001 (anser) and the EZM-001 (mallet) Possibly the softest feeling non-insert putter I have ever tried. I do not recall the exact head weight but I believe it was close to 350g The milling on the face was very deep which enhanced the soft feel. I had a bit of trouble with distance control with these putters as the ball seem to come off the face hotter than expected. I have much better control with the JIS 303 or GSS putters that I currently use. Not sure if these putters were produce at Endo, but they sure were buttery soft.

I have not hit any of their drivers yet so I cant comment and the Ezone MBs only at the range and a few balls but they seemed, for a blade, to be really forgiving. Again, just a few range rocks so really not qualified to comment on playability. Maybe I'll give the SUS304 putter a go as they are really cheap now. Only thing is the sight light is a lot shorter than on the S25C version which I prefer. I have a spare FF shaft lying around anyways. Edited May 4, 201311 yr by wmclarenf1
