kuyaariel
Really? I ask because I remember my 770TC was parallel. .355 taper
daytona16520
There seem to be 2 sizes for fourteen irons, cos my tc550 is tapered, while my friend's tc550 is parallel.

Shambles
well.... unless my 4 sets o f these over the last 4 years with NS 95O s shafts in them morphed recently .......... then .355 tapered. http://www.nipponsha...h/steel/950.htm Likewise. .355 tapered. I've been fiddling with different shafts lately on these heads and that is the tip size. BTW, interesting hosels. It's the only set of irons I've run across that have ribs inside the hosel and I'm wondering what that serves. kuyaariel
Ok. Thanks. If you guys don't mind me asking, what length is your 5 iron? Researching this stuff on the web is hard. I've found one site that says a 5 iron is 37.5" and plays at D2. I found another site that says a 5 iron is 37.75" and plays at D2. I know that this is just .25" difference, but at 37.5", that's .5" less than what I'm normally accustomed to playing. I would like to keep a D2 swing weight. Thanks Edited July 26, 2013 by kuyaariel
supo
Jdm is 37.75 with ns 950 or modus shafts and 37.5 with dgs200 as a general rule of thumb Obv not set in stone but more often than not this is waht u will find
