I purchased it from ebay Japan so as far as I was concerned it came from Japanese market place

this was a release from the scotty cameron US webstore last year.

Not gore-tex either, its a nylon material. Not JDM, sorry.

Made in USA though.

I would know because I bought one of these when it was released from scottycameron.com and am gaming it as well.
