Another custom paint job on my 435

There are other things that attribute to my distances beyond my ss. I play my finished length to 47", my swing weights are in the F range, and I play a flex that's technically way too soft for me. Add that to hard fairways and I get yardages that don't seem possible based on ss alone. In the 435's defense, all my drivers are built this way so it's still a stand out among the crowd.

Damm that's close to cheating, kidding. You make me want to try one again but that feel off the face and launch and how well the TRPX goes says hell NO.

The TRPX is about the only driver I'd like to try at this point...probably because I can see obvious 435 influences in it's design...

That are some seriously long drives - congrats!

The looks would not be for me though. Nice paint job but I would not want it on my driver.

I prefer a black head - maybe I am getting old :)

I've always considered myself a traditionalist and have also preferred a black driver. When TM came out with white I thought it was hideous...and still do to be honest. I told my buddy to stick with a subtle Hawaiian theme like he did for my 3w (pics around here somewhere) and I was a bit overwhelmed when he gave me this. But now it has really grown on me.

Coming from the 435 you will love the D-013. That was my transition as well.

It's the only new driver that truly interests me right now. I don't think it can dethrone the 435 as the king of distance but I might be willing to sacrifice a few yards for feel and better sound.
