Looks the real deal this kid, obviously has a fantastic 2013 and the big stage clearly doesnt worry him. Strong lad too which is important to compete consistantly over time at the very top end. Really enjoyed watching him at the prez cup so far.

Anything in the Japanese golf media on a full witb?

Could have sworn he had a combo set of 725/925 irons, think I've seen pictures of him with the 725 in his hands.

If he doesn't now, he did a few months back.

He has been playing Srixon for the longest time, throughout his amateur career as well.

He only officially signed recently when he went pro but even as an amateur the Z725 were made for him back at the Masters last year.

He then switched to a combo set of 725 and 925.

But this year he went with just the 925. This image is a bit dated as its from early summer late spring.

And this is one of his bags from a couple of years ago as an amateur, before the new Z725 and 925 came out.

Have been lucky enough to attend the last 4 days and watch this kid.

Clean ballstriker - his driver has a little wear mark on the face about the size of a dime.

I don't think he would have been happy with his putting. Kept giving himself chances and missing.

Bright future for sure
