Anyone playing them? I have in the bag a really really really old Kasco 33 with an Accra T60 shaft and its actually quite forgiving for a 16*.

Just wondering what the newer Generation Power Tornadoes 6 or 7 are like. Feedback appreciated.

I had gamed the same set up a few years ago and smoke the living day lights out of it!! But my peers made fun off the club's looks and I sold it and REGRETTED it every since. Kasco was one of the leader's with the advent of the modern spoon/ hybrid hot face technology - Carpenter steel.

I can't speak to the newer versions but like you would like to hear the comparisons.

I'm inclined to agree. The Super Rockets I have in the bag now still seems good for a 6-7 year old or more club hence my interest in the new Power Tornadoes.

Am a fan of the super hyten face of some of the DNA drivers, especially the 340...

I was curious about this and looked up the new models. The current Power Tornado has the same basic oval shape and bore thru Hosel of the K2K but has a GINTY WARBIRD type sole plate.

i have played a few of the newer versions but always come back to the k2k ! I find the K2K to be more forgiving although the power tornado is a bit longer and lower spinning and the K2K hits a higher ball and seems to be plenty long

Hopefully I'll be able to hit the latest Tornado 7 at least into a net this weekend.

Picked up a 22* type I and 19* type U and am suitably impressed with performance so far. Cant say the sound on either is my preferred tone but the ball flies off the face with a great trajectory and ball speed. Have the Elaster shafts in S and am content to leave them in for a bit. Will start the season stock upgrade shaft and see how long they last.

I've shafted the Tornado 7 19 with the MCH 70 shaft and am waiting for another MCH 70 for the 60. Ball flight for this is a very nice mid flight for me with the MCH. I would say EG slightly more forgiving but not by much. Distance about the same. High pitch ting and metallic feel… so different to the EGG. The V-sole or whatever they call it… I thought it'd be less forgiving but it gives versatility and its great for ball above/below feet lies. Can;t wait for the other MCH shaft to go into the 16*!

The big big thing over the EGG I+ for ME…. I could pull hook the EGG (bear in mind the same shaft and I'm more of a fader)… have yet to do that with the Tornado 7 and long may it stay that way. The face - Super Hyten…. old tech but still good tech…. hot face.

There are two of these right the Tornado 7 which is a hybrid type and the Type-I which is the Iron type. Anyway we are bringing both in ASAP to shoot and trial.

DNA 340 & K2K bring back memories :)

Had another 18 with the PT7. With the MCH 70 shaft, this is the real thing for me!
