EdGolf
Hi all, I know the 'hot' shaft lately been TRPX shaft line but just wondering how does NGS compare to the other high carbon shaft brand out there, i.e Quadra, Crazy, TRPX, etc in terms of flex, ball flight, etc?? Some review or real live experience would be great.... !! Thanks... Ed
donnieu
A couple of years late, but I am using the NGS Seve SR flex in my Onoff driver. When untipped, the tip had way too much flex for me. A 1/2 inch tip trim made a big difference. Medium launch for me, good distance. I have the NGS Rey coming soon in a used driver I just bought. They are both great looking shafts also. I am just switching from S to SR flex this year, a little longer shaft, and lighter weight.
+TourSpecGolfer
I would skip NGS, they are hanging on by a thread right now. Designs are outdated and they don't have the money to invest in new awesome tech, the shaft industry has moved on. unfortunately some shaft brands are still running on older methods. They make good shafts no doubt they just need an update.
