I played a set a few years ago. Great set. One of the last good sets TM made IMO. Check 'em out.

BTW, your avatar piccy is Mauna Lani South #15? I used to always be there or Mauna Kea this time of year…….ahhh, the good-old days.

yup it is indeed. one of the best holes imaginable. and what a top golfing destination , both those courses are seriosuly first class.

right i waggled these r9s and they look really good in hand. bit fuller but almost no offset , wud be magnificent for japan turf mid summer

I think this one was one of TM's best. It was kind of a trend setter... as it has a slightly larger appearance than the traditional "Player's irons" BUT it has very little offset and great workability for the advanced players. (now you see more professional players going away from the tiny blades as more cavity/half cavity back "player's type clubs are coming out)
