+TourSpecGolfer
Faster swing speeds may notice a more spongey feel at impact. It's about getting the pressure in the head to push the ball off the face stronger. Sorta like a spring effect. Imagine a spring behind the face, a stiffer spring would be better for the harder impact. One of the options for the new custom Kamui Air is exactly this. Different pressure of air injected into the head for different swing speeds.

Your a beast! I envy you power, I'm not sure what the swing speed the nitro is pressurized to. It's more of a one size fits all approach. Also yours is foam right? Not sure how that plays into things. It's really damn confusing with that brand and their variants. Ver. III is still unknown as the exact differences. Kamui works Ks200 Air was just released and is now available. Totally custom by the way. Email Tario if interested.
Spoon
VER 3 or III are one offs for people to test. i believe this is the same as the Nitrogen tpo7. if you notice the timeline of tpo7 platform they came out with. TPO7 and Tpo7 hi cor. i assume this is version 1 and 2 now the nitro comes out so its III. very confusing for the uninitiated. just received the latest nitros last week and they are all the one with the unpainted kamui logo on toe, black sole with white center striped paint fill. robbie
Now now....even i am not that gullible, the launch monitors are about as truthful as the ladies at the gentleman's club !!!! All i know is that golf courses are getting too darn long. Each year i look for the secret combo that will get me 2-3 yards longer and then the courses decide to lengthen by a few hundred yards !!! I can keep up with technology, but not the course designers ! And for those of you who are more "experienced" golfers will know that if you play 36 holes on friday, you will be a bit shorter on saturday and on sunday you will be in search of a "Tee it Forward" sign. * As for swing speed lets split the difference.....i think I'm 105 mph and the absolute worst i can be is 95 mph so 100mph should be a safe estimate ! +TourSpecGolfer
280-300 your at least 110 but probably closer to 115.
robbie
im a firm believer of the "air" technology being used employed by Kamui and i absolutely love the muted sound of the driver ! Since i am playing the stock 55g stiff shaft, it really flies. Im not sure i would get the same distance with my normal gamer shafts but the ball flight and feel are very distinct. Some may love it and some may not, its a sound you either love or hate and the feel is quite subjective too !
