February 1, 201411 yr I'm going off memory since it has been awhile since i owned both….the VG3 felt softer to me, the VG3 also looked to be a bit shorter from heel to toe, but the VG3 was longer heel to toe if we are talking about the 2012 "tour" vforged
February 2, 201411 yr Author Robbie, what do you remember about forgiveness bêtw. Vg3 and NON tour 2012 v forged?
February 4, 201411 yr i would say they are equally forgiving, my miss is usually a couple grooves low which result in a thin shot and the VG3 handled the thin misses superbly, the vforged is very forgiving but if i had to choose one, it would be the vg3. The OnOff forged is a very good club and should be considered as well….the older on off forged plus was a stellar iron as well
February 4, 201411 yr I thought the VG3 was softer and more forgiving, like others say check out the ONOFF forged. The Romaro Type R rivals them all IMO as well.
