How come Tourspecgolf order processing is so slow?

I ordered something on Sunday night (Japan time). This Monday morning at 9 AM still no sign of emails from Tourspecgolf. I already sent an email to cancel my order but still there is no response from Tourspecgolf?

BTW is Tourspecgolf based in Japan or USA?

PS: please make your online ordering easier by providing a Comment box when checking out. So Tourspecgolf can communicate to what's in the buyer's mind.

Canceling an order in the matter of a few hours?

Did you not get the thank you confirmation?

I have never had an issue with over 20+ transactions with TSG.

Have a little patience. It is not a huge operation. But an operation with great products and great service!

No I ordered on Sunday morning. I canceling it right now (Sunday night). But I wonder if they ever get my order. I haven't got any emails from Tourspecgolf!!!

You order and cancel the same day? Why did you bother to order in the first place. I have been dealing with tsg for 7 years now and no major issue. Then again, I know what to expect and don't change my mind on a hourly basis.

I cancel because I found the same thing on ebay with a much cheaper price tag. And it's in the USA.

TSG is as good an inet retialer as their is for JDM golf gear.

its in both the USA and japan.

tario is prob busy answserng 1 of his 300 00000000 emails a day he gets.

relax , nothing to fret about. if u ordered ur stuff ul lget it and pretty quickly as well.

Stew, he doesn't want his product. He is complaining why he did not get confirmation of a cancelled order. We all do research before we order. I cannot say tsg has the lowest price but I think we order from tsg for different reasons but not necessary for the lowest price only. I would definitely buy locally if I can find it at lower price than tsg. Then again, I live in Asia most of the time now and have access to all sort of JDM gear.

Any order placed in our shop automatically gets a confirmation of order received.

If you did not get one please check your spam box.

Our order form also does indeed have a comments section on check out for any special instructions.

I have not received any request from you by email or by an sort of communication asking to cancel.

We have no problem with cancelling at a customers request.

As for your comment on order processing being slow on a SUNDAY, besides being automated and being automatically processed I apologize that it is humanly impossible for us to ship out the same day in most cases especially on a Sunday when suppliers and brands are closed.

Starting a forum thread here doesn't solve anything.

It would have been considerably more productive just to contact us and we would have gladly sorted it out for you.
