Yururi-TSG-Edition.jpg

The Yururi Raw Gekku wedge has been the #1 selling wedge at TSG for many years and the # most recevied question regarding it is can you ask Yururi to product a conforming version, I would usually direct them to the Yururi Tour Wedge which is outstanding and get's lots of play on the JLPGA Tour but over the years and after countless requests I have finally broken down and pushed the issue to bring the Conforming Raw Gekku into fruition.

So here she is, a TSG Exclusive 2014 Yururi "Conforming" Raw Gekku Wedge. TSG listened to it's members requests for less stamping and a cleaner look. Set to be released in October there will be only 30 wedges a month produced and sold only at www.TourSpecGolf.com available in 52/56/60* lofts with custom shafts or head only

Might just be the best damn looking wedge ever. Modart's are certainly awesome looking, but there's just something about this raw look and texture.

Is there a price yet?

Chris, what is the difference between these and the tours and also the latest yururi wedge that you posted about?

my understanding about the raw gekku was that it was the non-conforming versions of the tours (or vice versa however u want to look at it), but please correct me if I'm wrong. big fan of yururi but have always been a little hazy on all the differences in their vast line of wedges

Yes It can get confusing, Tour's and Tataki are their wedges geared at the athlete golfer or tour player.

The Raw Gekku's are for enthusiasts from mid to low cap.

My personal favorite is the Tataki, but visually this gekku I like best, probably because I arranged this stamping theme for Yururi hence why the conforming Gekku is exclusive to TSG.

So i ordered 52-56-60 last monday and my pkg just showed up today. Faster than expected!! Though one of the heads was on backorder, I got 2 of the 3. Here are some initial pics. I'm pairing these up with DG S400TI onyx shafts. Clubs are epoxied and curing now as we speak. Hopefully theyll be ready before my round tomorrow am!

Edit: doh the picture order is backward. Ha.

Himeji Forged S25C Raw grain + black coating with legal grooves.

These and the Tataki are outstanding, the conforming gekku spins a lot hard to tell how much less than non conforming it's that close.
