I have owned the 2011 and 2013 Onoff irons and I believe this has to be the best model yet. I have a feeling you wont regret upgraded to the 2015 Onoff irons.

Let us know how it goes!

Alright TSGers, my impressions from the first round after putting them in play. The 2015 Onoff irons are the real deal, I was really impress with their performance and forgiveness. I have owned the 11 and 13 Onoff irons and have to say they don't even compare to the 15's. The 11's and 13's were easy to launch with a high ball flight and offset was reduced less by each year, taking queues from the 11's and 13's, they enhanced the 15's with ease of launch with a penetrating ball flight, they made the 15's more compact and Definitely reduced the offset, this is the best looking Onoff irons todate.

Performance wise: the 15's have a penetrating ball that keeps on climbing and climbing and drops like a dime with pin point accuracy, the 15's are point and shoot irons, they definitely reminded me of the 13 Yamaha tour model irons with how accurate they are. I won't talk about forgiveness because Onoff irons have always been known to be forgiving irons.

Overall improvement for The 15's is pin point accuracy, penetrating ball flight and easily a half to full club longer then previous models.

The 15's are the real deal and I wouldn't be surprise if they were # 1 voted irons here on this site.

That easy launch, pin point accuracy, and penetrating ball flight + more distance we can also give credit to the Modus Tour 125's.

Any other feedback on these? I'm close to pulling the trigger but would certainly love to hear more feedback.

As anyone tried the Labo spec repulsion ST shafts?

I have the ST105s in my CB-358 irons. To me they are very similar to the NS pro 950s. Maybe a hair stiffer.

Manage to get 18 rounds under the belt with the new Kuro....brought along my OnOff 13 model to compare. Overall 7-P in both models plays very similar in feel and forgiveness...however where it does shine is the 4-6 irons is so much easier to 'get it up' and land softly... The sole in the new Kuro is slightly narrower and the finish is shinny - especially in the afternoon sun !!

At address it looks almost blade like, which I love...

You played 18 rounds in 3 days? That's a lot of work.

i had a yamaha 2012 tour forged ( kbs ctaper ), epon 302 ( kbs ctaper ) & onoff forged 2013 ( fujikura mcis ). Unfortunately had to sell the yammys. The epons are sweet as hell when struck on spot, but tough to play when swing is off. The onoff is just point & hit, still not sure if the mcis are the right shaft.

so reading on this thread has piqued my interest given how easy the 2015 plays based on feedback, especially with modus 125s. Is there really much diff between 2013 vs 2015 or is it just the modus 125 shaft ?

Thks

The biggest difference between previous years is smaller shape and size, less thick and bulgy.

Performance for me was the similar easy to use clubs as the previous years in a more refined look feel feel is soft/firmer than prev. awesome feel.

Good Shaft and Spec options + Roddio I-10's, MCI's, Crazy, Quadra etc..

The progressive weight/logo concept I enjoy having the visualization.

The Modus 125 to me plays nice firmer more accurate than the 120/130 and I could possibly do a soft step for me.

but we already have tons of feedback on these shafts, ll positive but a few and for the few it appears they over powered these in stiff which says they are strong and or have a faster/different swing.

C tapers installed now, could be the best ever.

Another round today, perfect day, 76 no wind, 3.5 hour round and the kuro/C tapers were stellar.

Hmm sounds good. Might have to reshaft mine. Have never really gotten on with the Modus3

Same here, I've tried all of them and didn't like them. They felt good but didn't know where the ball was going to go. C tapers are straight or I can hit a baby draw, I haven't figured out the fade/cut yet but haven't really tried.
