604_skyline
Wow...talk about a collectors piece. The 681 red T stamps are very rare as is...I think there was only 500 made. That is a sweet set you got Chris! The 681/681T stamps were produced more than people think, and the general Titleist release 681 T were with black paintfill in the T. 2000 or 2500 for the regular 681 and atleast 1500 for the 681 T Titleist Japan back in 1997 did release a set of just T stamp muscle backs with red T, they were also stamped 1/500. I will find some pics, they were also the only sets to come with actual tour velvet full cord grips logo down as per Tiger's actual sets. The other set to have that is worth the $$$ is from 2001, when Tiger switched from Titleist irons to Nike irons; Titleist released I believe 1/49 or 1/50 set of Tigers Titleist irons in a cherry wood box with a plaque listing all his victories using the Titleist blades.... +TourSpecGolfer
The above pictures are of my old set, They were actually refinished that was not the standard finish. Ended up selling it for 2k heads only in 2005. T-500's and those did also come in a cherry wood box with plaque signed by Tiger. BTW the scotty set is not mine.
