supo
ooooooooooooooooooooooook wedge lovers. these have officially been gamed. took the dgs200s shafts out popped in the NS wv 125s deeelish shafts although ican see whay they dont suit everyone!! having not played in months , things were rusty so i spent a LOT of time chipping. i had these in play front nine and my tourtsage black x-wedge for the back nine . or as i play more like fornt 72 and back 72 well firstly these nabla blacks VERY differnt to any other prgr and remembering i have them ALL.! they have a VERY thin sole. VERY thick topline in comparison to sole. small compact head . whilst not pear shaped , they are almost there and zero ofset. they are almost onset. impact is SENSATIONAL.......... prgr clubs and in particlaur thier wedges take some equalling for feel. the designer (whoever he is ) is seriously onto somehting the NS shafts make the ball go very high, and plop.i dont think they zing so much, they are veyr differnt to taking aim and hop skip stop. nope they dont do this ,they are for falling dead. nothing better illustraded than the dozen 57* i hit on a flat green , none spun back miles , none released ,they al ljust plopped. and died. , it was great WHEN u get used to it, the thin sole cuts thru the harder grass beeautifully for a steep decent like ive got. i hit down on wedges very steep, and i take huge. huge divots. with broarder sole wedges i kinda get muddled up too much , so ive erased broad soled wedges now. they just dont suit me . seeminly neither do WV shafts.. as much as iLOVE them the flight doesnt suit me . i like to aim / shoot low . get some spin and bite. thats just me and prob why i love the s-yard bolds so much. but back to these black beauties. i cud get a LITTLE bit funky with them, not a lot , but a bit. and not up clsoe and perosnal near the green for delciate shots.. nah the 57 wasnt feel enough . i needed somehting flippier. hitting big slices and draws wasnt anywhere near as easy as it was with the tourtsges, i mean it was day and night BUT that meant i just aimed at the pin more , with the TS i was aiming t at a otally differnt air space. i like to try both. on wet ground they took HUGE divots and got some decent bite. on the more forzen spots they clipped the ball perfeclty and held the green well. these are all rounders of the highest order. but u need a 3rd wedge i want to try them vs the L.E.D next weekend to see how much differnce there is but for sat game i was mighty impressed . u DEF need another wedge tho, the thicknes of the topline doesnt lend itself to too much versatility. i def needed a 60 with the tourstage x-wedge i didnt i had them 51.5 and 56.5 and didnt need a 60 at all. the tourstage are quite amzing. ( like ive been saying for 2 years to deaf ears) but they dont spin near as much as the prgrs do. but are miles more versatile. thats not better not worse . its just what u like . if ihad just these wedges for a month. id not loose any sleep . but i do need the LW in my bag which takes a power club out. no biggie . but its somehting i have to consider WHEN i play proper golf . of the ast cpl of yrs i like these more than the nablas for mlast yr BECEASUSE they are thin soled NOT borad, those nabla for malst yr still feel better and lok better. but i prefer the thin soles. def 2 thumbs up for diggers. as good as it gets really,
