Calvin
This happened to my Geotech RF-800 A-spec driver. At first, I thought it was a scratch caused by gravel because I didn't feel any different while hitting the ball. Most of all, I never expect that my swing speed (94~96 mph) could cause such a damage. Until yesterday on the range, a friend told me " You'd better have someone to take a look at your club". He told me the scratch mark won't curve like this and with a little bit zig-zag mark. Did anyone has this kind of experience before? Please help!! Vegaman
For sure looks like a crack. Is that the non-conforming head? Because they are shaved thinner so are less durable Edited April 6, 2015 by Vegaman
Blader-X
Looks like it, I cracked an Epon head a few years back but I believe mine was on top of the crown. Sometimes happens,
Calvin
Yes, it's a Hi-COR medel. I've only used for one season ( less than 10 months ) with my so-so swing speed!! OH! boy.
