can i fit an iron shaft 1/2 inch longet than standard ? I presume it can be done via the butt / grip

how will it change the profile of the shaft - weight, stiffness etc ?

    only thing affected is sw. flight etc are all negligible and a non issue.

    From memory 1/2" is 3 swing weight points, and 2 deg of lie angle.

    Agree with swingweight change but only 1° lie angle change per 1/2"

    Get a proper extender like in photo, 1 for 2 shafts. Glue in place. Just finished a set.
