I just received Srixon Z 945/745/545 combo set. I ordered with NS Pro GH shafts, 1/2 over standard. I took them to my local club fitter and he pointed out that the shafts are, in fact, about 1/2" shorter than would be expected. Anyone know what Srixon's standard club lengths are? (I'm having them extended 1/2".)

If you ordered at a certain length and they got it wrong, you should totally return them and have them send you a set with the correct length.

The JDM irons are typically 0.25 shorter than USDM irons. So, your Srixons should come out at 38.25 for a 5-iron if you ordered from TSG or from Japan. What was the length then? For a 5-iron?

I dropped them off yesterday afternoon with a local club fitter to be extended by 1/2". I will have him give me the measurement on the 5 iron.

Srixon made a mistake and now you have to get your shafts extended?

That sounds really wrong.

TSG confirmed that Srixon mistakenly built the clubs with "standard" length shafts. They are working with me to resolve the problem.
