Posted June 2, 20159 yr Clubs are in great shape for their age. Limited run. Great feeling clubs with ample forgiveness. Grips are a bit slick. Ernie played these on tour for awhile. $old No trades and price is absolutely my best price...really. Thanks TSG Edited June 5, 20159 yr by yourpressed
June 2, 20159 yr Aren't these Miura forged? I have a single 7 iron and they are buttery! Harder to find the H ( Hidemichi Tanaka ) version in good condition like this. GLWS
June 2, 20159 yr these look great for their age, and I agree, very classic looking. how's the swing weight on these and any idea on the original head weights?
June 2, 20159 yr I had a set exactly like this --played them a year. H is for heavy head. Forgiving and great Miura feel. Super Price in this shape....
June 3, 20159 yr I thoroughly researched when I had the FF (non h), the X 300 FCI, 300 Forged (Japan and US), even the 300 NS in a span of 3years. Very limited JDM knowledge anywhere online at that time. Most of my info was a fellow equipment freak (very good am) who was Japanese and who would go home to Japan 2/3xs a year. From what I recall the h was for Tanaka. Slight change in grind iirc. Most player's clubs from the Japan of that era had sharper leading edges because of general turf conditions in Japan courses in the early 90s. I can't remember the specific change though. Of course they could still be heavier as well. The h usually came with s400 as stock. My FF had Rifles as stock. In the end I liked the 300 Forged (Japan) the best. It came with A and S wedges that were also forged and did not have the huge gooseneck/offset look that the A and S wedges of the FF had. Great set at a great price. Edited June 3, 20159 yr by xxio
