It features Yamaha's new dual resilient body what this means is as the ball impacts the face the tail of the driver compresses and decompresses with launch for 6.4yds average more distance. Yamaha RMX 216 Driver is for the player seeking more forgiveness and a higher trajectory. It's 460cc's and designed to be long and straight The new 2016 RMX Fairway Wood now has a cup face and a COR rating of 0.81 getting closer to the limit, it's a trend we will see more and more in fairways and in the future more UT's and Irons. They boast that this FW has the lowest CG point in Yamaha's history with 68g positioned very low. It also incorporates their popular fric off sole thats been around the past couple of models Yamaha's new RMX for 2016 supposedly has better rebound and shape with a thinn 455 stainless face and SUS630 SS body.
