March 29, 20168 yr Author Thanks. feel pretty good also. Epon forged with copper plate, great combination.
March 29, 20168 yr Hutchy, these are beautiful! GLWS. Were these done in mirror, satin, or smoked copper? I love how it has patina'd so far. Reason being is that I want to send in one of my Hogan sets in for the copper treatment someday, either one of my Personal sets or my Apex '99. Kind of leaning toward satin right now. March 29, 20168 yr Author Gday Cliff Thanks, Yup these are the satin finish and they do patina really well. Those you mentioned are a great selection you have to choose from.

March 31, 20168 yr Author I have the mons to go in Brad. Or a set of target tour 120 smoke. Or a set of shimada 7001 new.Leme know? Edited March 31, 20168 yr by hutchy
April 6, 20168 yr Author It's a great price considering the coin and time spent on the copper on an already special set of mint irons, then there's the covers grips and ferrules. Like I said I won't be too disappointed if I have to put them away for another time and project.
April 12, 20168 yr Author Copper is proper plated here at TSG clubworks....Just like any other plated iron (Chrome or satin) not a coating. Other members here or Chris may be able to confirm the same satin copper finish.
