January 2, 20178 yr I played with the difference wedge shaft to my iron shaft and heavier wedge shaft in the past. Chad of Fujikura recommended me to keep my wedge shaft same as my iron shaft or not more than 15 grms which I did last year, Its more consistence in my swing and improvement in the distance gap than the previous setup. I do not have a fast swing speed and strong loaded swing. It could be the reason suit me better with the same iron and wedge shaft Edited January 2, 20178 yr by onelkhaw
January 6, 20178 yr I got KBS tour 90 in my irons and 3 wedges, there is no extra kick and the spin is very consistent. It works well for me.
February 12, 20178 yr I use 8 iron shafts in my wedges that match my set. It keeps me consistent and plenty of spin if that's your thing.
