Lampredotto is a typical Florentine dish, made from the fourth and final stomach of a cow. Yes a sandwich filled with stomach lining :)
January 17, 20178 yr Chris, what kind of Camera and lens you were with when took these beautiful photos? I have zero knowledge to any of those equipment, however my wife asked me to ask. Thanks.

My only experience with cow stomach is the tripe at our local dim sum carts.

But anyway it's a Sony A7RII with 24-70 GM F2.8 for all the photos.

No idea, I like tripe but I think this is cooked for a longer time and breaks apart easier.
