how is the sound with the hot melt? 

Do you know how many of the tungsten screws (3g)  it has?  

replacing them to lighter screws could easily get the weight down to 200g or less. 

This is one of the most forgiving JDM heads out there.    GLWS.   

I was expecting much louder than it is. I am not sure if the hot melt helped or not. Lots of run and a medium ball flight for a 10*. 9 screws total

Right.  The screws are made in three different material.   　Tungsten 3.8g  Stainless Steel 2g  Titanium 0.9g 

I played with the location of these weight screws and it really provides a different bias and trajectory depending on how you distribute the weights.    This is such a good driver.  I would buy it I already din't have one!!      

how do you tell the difference between the screws?

weigh them on a scale :)
