    Yes the literal translation is "Golf Analysis." 　　but actually never heard of such brand.  　Typically when you see Japanese characters on a set of golf clubs, those clubs are designed by western companies.     The only exception that I can think of would be the Yururi Keigekiku series,   Yururi , Fuwari, Seida are the only Japanese characters I've seen on JDM branded clubs.      The rusting suggests some form of carbon steel.   If they look good and play good,  by all means play them!!  🙂
