I've got in my possession a rare proto Fuji shaft. Its shafted in a retail 8.5* 975 J head, playing at 44.5" long. I can't tell you what the specs on this shaft are because I don't know, niether does Chad Embry at Fujikura or Todd over at BSG. I pulled the grip to check the numbers but that didn't help, all Mr. Embry could tell me was considering where I got the club its probably some type of prototype made for a pro. Well here is where I got it, a friend of mine who is a PGA pro had worked with Fuji to make this shaft, when it came to him he through it in a retail head to see if he liked it, obviously he didn't. He sold the club to me and here it is, I actually had forgotten about until I was going through my closet a few days ago. I've had this club for about two years now and I payed quite a bit for it then but I don't know what kind of $ to put on it now. So here is your chance to own a rare Fujikura Protoype, make me an offer and well see what we can do. Feel free to PM me or e-mail me direct at [email protected]. I can snap some pictures if you would like.
