What do you think? the TS x-blade cb or MR-23 cb irons?

Featured Replies

I have a set of mr-23's that i have played once and they were good but i just recived a set of x-blade cb's also im a single digit handicap but i am looking for the best performance club the x-blades look awesome but when i set them down they kind of remind me of the ts-202's that kind of makes me uneasy. I was wondering to the people out what did they like better and what do you think about the two. im in limbo deciding on the two,and what i like maybe someone can give me there thoughts but dang these x-blades will be fun to try they look good atleast iguess until you hit them. well anyways what do you think?

I've had the MR-23 CB's and really didn't care for them. I love Tourstage irons though. I've had quite a few different ones. I think the X-Blade CB's are really a next step for TourStage and they would stand head and shoulders above the MR's in forgiveness, accuracy and length. That being said, I just saw the new post from Chris about the 2004 MR CB's and Drivers. I'm willing to bet that the new MR-23 CB's are going to be a very hot set of irons. 8O

Not to threadjack, but what's the difference between the X-blade CBs and the Z101's? If one is considering the X-blades, wouldn't one also have to consider the Z's?
