I found this program called 'SlickRun' and it's awesome. Takes less than a minute to install.

It's a tiny 40x15 pixel box on your screen, that allows you to set up keywords for shortcuts. For example, I just type 'tsg' and my browser opens to the tourspec site.

You can also set up multiple items/programs to open at once, like macros on your universal remote. Enjoy.
