tsunglin
I reshaft my MP-001 driver with Fuji vista tour. After I played one hole, I can hear the sound when I swing my club(I checked the club before I bringing it back home from proshop. My club had no problem with new shaft). Then I find out that something is in my club head which make the sound. Does anyone know what's going on ?????
Mike
Could be loose epoxy , or maybe some loose foam in the head . If the head has foam in it . Too much heat used during the shaft change could be the culprit.

joey3108
I reshaft my MP-001 driver with Fuji vista tour. Â After I played one hole, I can hear the sound when I swing my club(I checked the club before I bringing it back home from proshop. Â My club had no problem with new shaft). Â Then I find out that something is in my club head which make the sound. Â Does anyone know what's going on ?????Most likely the clubmaker drop the plastic plug inside the head.Gotta pull the shaft out again and start digging, blowing, shaking and sucking. :smile2: Till the piece come out. Hope the piece is small enough for you to get it out. Be care full w/ this head not to use to much heat due to a graphite fiber construction. In fact It could also be a piece of epoxy form the bonding of the graphite and the titanium body. Uh Scarry! :surprize: Joe
Lowpro
have your clubmaker pull the head off and put some rattle stop in the head.. it is a very sticky substance that does'nt harden and collects all loose poarticles in the head... do not foam a head - it will be trouble later on.. the rattle stop is a very easy fixer.. ken
tsunglin
Thanks guys. Actually, I'm so dissapointed with him. He said it is Mizuno'r problem and will contact with Mizuno to get the warranty. However, I never hear from him again. Once, I reshaft my the other driver; the club head flyed out with my ball :-) . I don't think I can trust the proshop anymore. I will find other store to fix my club....
