olkev
For the past several years I have used a driver with an EI-70 stiff shaft. I like the weight and it has worked well for me. I am reshafting a new driver. I see that the EI-70 has its problems. Old technology, inconsistent in terms of flex, frequency etc. So, I am looking for something that has similar characteristics and I have narrowed it down to the Graphite Design YS-7 shaft in the S/X flex or the Fujikura Vista Pro 80, stiff flex. I've seen shaft specs. Who can compare and contrast the shafts listed in terms of playability, feel, etc? THANKS IN ADVANCE!
Lowpro
can't go wrong with either shaft really.. the ys-7 does have a softer tip section than the vp-70 and yes if you need a stiff flex get the SX flex like you wrote because the ys line does have a softer feel to them.. both very good in driver and fwy woods..
