Posted July 30, 200420 yr comment_50854 I have been in wedge nirvana recently extremely happy with my Custom Mizzys and now I have had two rounds with my Black 52* & 58* X-Wedge's. I have noticed that these wedges put loads of spin on a ball yet don't shred them like the marus did. The finish is definitely different more glossy than flat. I have had great success with these wedges so far and they are in the bag for sure. The Satin version retail spec will be out late in September.
July 30, 200420 yr comment_50863 What kind of finish are on those wedges? Does it eventually wear? Which model are you playing Chris?
July 30, 200420 yr Author comment_50867 I am playing the 01's and loving them  They are extremely easy to hit and the finish does wear but looks great when it wears down. I am a gun blue freak so mine will stay black forever. They feel extremely soft and well made. I am very fond of them.
July 30, 200420 yr comment_50890 I love those wedges Chris I think I have to Ho out and get one or two of those
August 1, 200420 yr comment_51079 I love the way TS created those "feel pockets" for their new X-Wedge. Those remind me of the TM RAC design. And 99.9% Fe content....must be the softest feeling wedge EVER. And that glossy black color is to die for! Looking forward to getting my set this week! :tourstage:
August 11, 200420 yr comment_52463 I noticed 58 degree, 16 degree bounce at ebay. So you already sold 52 degree?
August 21, 200420 yr Author comment_53711 are you saying the new Mizunos are better than these? My Mizuno MP customs are back in the bag. I liked the roundness of the leading edge and bounce design on the 58. The leading edge on the X-Wedge was digging into bunkers instead of letting me slap the bounce in to the sand. In regards to the new Mizuno T series and N2's I will have to wait till I can get custom wedges in October.
