I have a n style eldik putter and a red x heel shafted putter. I'm in a dilemma on which one to put into the bag. I love them both the same, thats my dilemma. The eldik aligns better and the red x feels better but the X still has good alignment .What is your view points on these putters and maybe help me decide.

i say put the eldik in the bag and give the red x to me, or put the red x in the bag and give the other one to me. whichever, i wanna end up with a putter :smile2:

Since putting is all about confidense, I would go with which ever one you feel more confident on making the putt and like you said in the other post within 12 ft. it's automatic. I find that tough to beat.

RED X 2 feels soooo good. Alignment its very very easy but probably not as simple as say a back aligned putter. I'd say go with whatever works the best. Personally...can you putt with an elephant d**k (ELDIK)??

How about you use the one you make the most putts with.

To me the putter I need to use less per round is the better one. I don't care how it looks. All that matters to me is how does it perform.

I agree with Gfather here, it is all about the confidence. Let's say you have both putters in your bag (sans the 14 club limit) and you have a 13 ft putt, which will you instinctively pull out to take that putt? That's your winner.
