Posted August 12, 200420 yr I've been noticing that most of my irons shots are a bit high on the face. Any suggestions on how to make contact lower?
August 12, 200420 yr Work on getting your hands further in front of the club head at impact. Cut a ball and half and try scooping a tee off the ground that is set 1" beyond it.
August 12, 200420 yr Here is a weird tip that helped me with that, Draw an Imaginary green line below your shin and try not to dip below it. It has helped me also when I used to hit it thin, I would imagine the green line... :whistle:
August 13, 200420 yr it looks like ur hittin TOO much down on ur irons. try to have more of a sweeping action and while doing that i also agree to try and have your hands forward a impact. For example try and look at DL3's swing. On you r wedges try and have the wedges with lots of BOUNCE
