What did you want custom about them?

I suggest:

- Mizuno 33 or 37's

- Fourteen TB-1000

- Gauge Designs MB's

- Srixon Pro-100's

- Royal Collection MB

If you want custom, then the only truly custom option I know of is Scratch: total flexibility over head and toe shape, sole grind and finish as well as length, loft, lie and swingweight (hand ground with a gripped shaft inserted), shafts and grips.

Custom OEM options seem to be a standard head with some flexibility on finish (satin or chrome), shafts, grips and stampings as well as length, loft, lie and swingweight.

I've heard Miura N.A. may offer custom grinds, but I never followed up with them on that.

Happy hunting!

could not have said it better. Really depends on how custom you want to get. Scratch is really the only TRUELY custom option as far as shape, grind, headweight etc. Other than that you can order a custom set from just about any OEM when it comes to lie angles, shaft, and swingweight. A friend of mine has a custom set of Vfoil blades he ordered from Mac. Took about 4 months. Chris can get you custom stamping and finishes on japanese irons, I'm sure that includes things like shaft, grip, swingweight, and lie angle.

Scratch forgings are from Ishihara which makes MOZ. This is one of the best forgings in Japan, as MOZ retails for over 250 a club.

Scratch forgings are from Himeji, steel is purchased from Sumitomo as most forgings from Himeji are. Ishihara is a persons name who works from his home hand grinding the MOZ wedges.
