Not Tour Spec, but I have two nice RAC Black's, 52/08, 56/12, 1* upright with new Tour Velvet grips. The finish on the hosels has some crazing from the lie/loft machine but other wise, very good. $110 U.S. shipped.

I have an FE203 RAC Tour that is practically brand new. I've only hit a few chips in the basement off the carpet. It's never been outside. It has the two hosel dots and an S300 shaft. I'll let it go for $110 shipped.
