  4. I would like to dip into your pool of experience in terms if the two shafts mentioned above. Currently I am using Nippon NS-PRO 950s in my Miura Tournament Blades. I quite like the feel at impact and the ease of acceleration. But I would like to have a lower ball flight and a tighter dispersion and a better power transfer for my new iron set. A few details on my swing with the 950 Pros (6 Iron): SS 89, carry 176, spin 3700 I have tested and ruled out the KBS C-Taper light and the Nippon NS-PRO 1050. My current favourites are the two shafts mentioned above. To me the Shimada shines in terms of acceleration and feel. The KBS in terms of flight curve and dispersion. Sadly because of the winter over here I am not able to test them on the course. Flight scope says they are both equally long and about 3-5 ft longer than the NS PRO 950. What is your experience with these shafts?
  5. I dig the Piretti Teramo. Also worth a look while on the Piretti website might be the new Bosa Model.
  6. Very nice flatstick! I have a Piretti Teramo which I realy love. Great quality, I prefer the higher weight and lower loft option. Unfortunately the distribution in Europe is not helping them over here.
  7. Question 1: What is the best feeling iron you ever hit? EPON AF 302 Copper Question 2: What is the longest iron you ever hit? Miura 301 Question 3: What is the best combination of both you ever hit? Miura TB001
  8. Glamour points: 10 out of 10 Still looking for a chance to try one out...
  9. Love the look but would never get one! Either the old crappy one or a really up to date one (not a Landy / Range)
  10. Don't know whether the topic is still relevant... My recommendations would be: - House of Fodged Hybrid - Oban Devotion Hybrid
  11. Thanks for the hints guys. I will have an Eyeliner in the recommended ones
  12. That are some seriously long drives - congrats! The looks would not be for me though. Nice paint job but I would not want it on my driver. I prefer a black head - maybe I am getting old :)
  13. I am using the lightest ones I could get: the Golf Pride light Dual Durometer with the blue cap. Very happy with them and surprisingly durable. Unfortunately Golf Pride stopped producing them. After using up my little stock I have to look for something different... In case anybody has a recommendation for a grip in the 30gr range, please let me know
  14. @JayDM: I am 100% with you on that topic. In case you want open or close faces please buy an adjustable club. For all the rest who want a "pure" club, please let us have it with a square face. To me this feels like cheating. Furthermore I don't understand the guys who produce that kind of clubs. It seems to be a lot of extra effort to do so deliberately. In case you have a weak production and can't control the face angle anyway that would be a different story. But that should not be the case for premium JDM clubs.
