  1. That's pretty sweet. So would this on par with the Epon AF-15x series or the AF-10x series? And I'm assuming it comes in the 3 and 4 star versions too (can't afford either one, but I was just curious)?
  2. Pardon my ignorance, but what the heck is hotmelted?
  3. Wow, those look amazing. Almost too nice to game ... almost.
  4. How does it compare to the Egg Spoon? I've tried a few different FW, but haven't found anything that is as easy to hit than the Egg Spoon. I could have sold it 3x to my playing partners, but I just can't bear to part with it...until I find something better. Is this something better?
  5. My next time through Tokyo, I'll check to see if they have used ones that I can try out. My favorite used club shop just added a net in the back so I can try things. Before it was buy and try and then buy some more :)
  6. Wow that's pretty cool. I can't wait to see if they'll have this at an upcoming Demo Day. Honma has really suprised me. At the last year's Demo Day, I tried the new blades and not only could I hit the ball solid, I was able to move the ball left to right and right to left. I can't even do that with my regular cavity back irons. Might have to give Honma another look.
  7. I have a 12* EMB and a 9.5 EMS. The EMB was my first JDM club, so I'm kinda attached to it, but I'm watching American Pickers and it is convincing me that I really need to let go of stuff, but if no one wants it, I'm really happy to hang on to it :)
  8. If they don't sell in a few days, I'll probably consider it, but not right now. Thanks!
  9. I'm in Sacramento, CA ... sorry I didn't post that earlier, it took me a while to realize that there is a huge international membership base.
  10. Not sure if you are still looking, but I have an Epon EMB in 12* ... it was my first JDM club and I love it, but it launches too high for me. I tried everything to lower the ball flight, lower tee, further back in the stance, and almost changed my swing. But decided to get a different Epon driver instead :)
  11. Not sure if you are still looking, but I just posted a couple of Epon drivers for sale. I love Epon Drivers ... I'm even keeping my EMB even though I don't play it anymore because it's a 12* (it goes higher than it does long), but I just love the sound of it when I get it solid. Actually, if you just want to try a JDM, I could take the head off the shaft and ship it to you for a couple hundred. But I warn you, you'll be hooked in no time :)
  12. Hi - I've been acquiring Epon drivers for quite awhile, but didn't know what to do with them until I found this forum today. After discovering JDM clubs a few years ago, I started trying Epon drivers. Well there is virtually no place in the US to try them, so I had to buy a few in order to try them. Now it's time to sell some so I have money to buy more :) First up Epon EMS 9.5* with Quadra Fire Express S Flex; asking $350 plus shipping Second up Epon AF-152 9.5* with Diamana ahina S Flex; asking $400 plus shipping Thanks for looking!
  13. Hi Everyone - I've followed the blog for quite awhile, but didn't know there was a forum until today. I switched over to JDM clubs about three years ago and am totally hooked. While priced a little higher, I think the quality of the clubs are much better than the major US manufacturers...although I really like my Scotty Cameron putters. Still wish there was a place to try out the new JDM equipment here in the US.
  14. Looks like it has a lot of toe hang, so definitely not for me, but I was never really able to putt with heel shafted putters
  15. I tend to send my drives high, even with a 9.5 degree so I'm tempted to try the egg7 degree. Anyone know of a place to try before buying?
  16. I really like cheap Golf Pride Tour Wrap, how does the Iomic compare to these? The only place I found that has JDM grips on sells them in the plastic so I can't even open the package without buying them to feel them.
