I have had 2 putters with sound slots a custom CL putter and a ping anser milled putter. I think different people will have different reactions to the same putter. I for one loved the CL but did Not enjoy the ping. This one looks like an out of the box idea by golds

case to case basis. depends on the player. i have friends that prefer the 501 over the 502 i also have clients that prefer the 701 over the 702. the jump from 702 is not as big as the 501-502. the 502 is a totally new engineered head with alpha gel. some guys say it deadens feel, i on the other hand like it very much indeed. with the 702 they tweaked the design a bit, different placements of weights to manipulate CG as well as having an Asroll face( i still dont fully understand how this works) if you ask me though i like the 702 better. bottom line is you have to try these irons in order to form your own opinion. dont base it on what others say.

monaco is the shaft to end all shafts. and ive tried most of the protos

dad and i ordered a set each in s and r flex. i should have mine next week weather permitting and will give my feedback. wish they had more options with shafts though as the stock is the shimada ks7001 in either S or R. no exceptions

i have been very blessed and fortunate. i am very careless and spaced out at times we play with carts and its mandatory to get caddies here in the PI. youl be surprised at the stuff i have misplaced or dropped. wedges, drivers, iphone, celphone , shades, Rangefinder and it all turned up. either i realize holes later and pick it up with the group behind or the group behind sends it to me with their caddy and cart. when i see misplaced stuff like covers and drivers my first urge is to send it back asap! ahh attitudes are changing for the worst. finding stuff in the course and telling the owners that you did not find it when its sitting pretty in the bag is the same as stealing. you can really tell what a person is made of in the GC!
